EVA BÜLOW
I have always been interested in how the body works.
Graduating from Sophiahemmet, a Swedish nursing school, I found something was missing. The body was treated as a machine, where you could replace something in the body when it didn’t function anymore.
My thoughts were that it has to be more to it than that. So I studied everything I could get my hands on regarding the body. In my opinion we are so much more than just a body. We are body, mind and spirit. If one of the three is not in balance, the whole body is out of balance.
That is why we at Bülow Clinic coach people on every level when being on the program.
29 years ago I started to understand myself on a spiritual and emotional level. If we don’t know who we are, how can we understand anyone else? So I attended what seams like a million different courses to develop myself. For that I am very grateful, that I dared take that step.
I have a history of having a mother with a very bad stomach. This intrigued me, since she was always experimenting with different kinds of food to see what didn’t give her a stomach-ache. Eventually she died of stomach cancer.
It’s not the “fun” things in life we evolve from, but the “not so fun” things…if we chose to evolve. Many people just blame circumstances and the outside world.
I use to say that; “when I don’t talk, I read” and it is still true and will be until I leave this planet. I’ve read hundreds and hundreds of books that I could learn something from so far. Anything from quantum physics to how your gut works and everything in between. I’ve always been very curious. I don’t buy things I read just like that. I always say that I’m the worst guinea pig of all, because I test everything on myself.
My reading brought my attention to that there was some things missing so for that reason I started writing myself.
The cook book "Bülow Kitchen" was published 2008. My second book "Eat for your life" was published 2010 and is today the foundation of The Bülow Program.
My third book is currently being written and I promise that you will be the first to know when I am done.
Over the years I have also been a nutrition consultant to top Spas, for example The Grand Hotel Spa in Stockholm.
I’m the nutritional consultant to the Sultanate of Oman since 2013 among other royalties and celebrities.
The most important thing is that I love helping people to a healthier life! I coach clients in different languages such as in Swedish, English and French.
