THE BÜLOW PROGRAM – IN 3 PHASES
The first phase contains either 23 days, 30 days or 40 days. That’s when you loose the “right kind of fat”. You are eating in a precise way. You are having a conversation with a coach every day, which continues in phase 2 as well. The only fat that is shedding sits in the places where it didn’t sit from the beginning, like “love handles”. You don’t loose the two other kinds of fat like your structural fat, which sits between, muscles, tendons and builds up your face, hands, feet etc. or your subcutaneous fat called your fat reserves.
The second phase, Here we are slowly implementing new food items, one at a time. Here every one reacts differently. In phase 1 everyone has the same experience. We adjust to what your body specifically needs. My motto has always been: YOU CAN EAT EVERYTHING, BUT NOT ALWAYS.
In phase three, which is the rest of your life, you now have all the tools to maintain your weight IF you choose that. We can’t force people, since we all have free will. If you go back to your way of life, you will gain weight after a certain time, which is individual. It’s a choice. But if you want to do a lifestyle change, this is it!

The road to a healthier life is by requiring knowledge about your body. How it works. One of the fundamentals is the importance of your pH in your body. It should be basic/alkaline, ranging from 7.2 - 7.4. Then the body can repair itself. The Bülow Program cleanses your body from toxins that have been accumulated over the years.
Eva has written two books so far. “The Bulow Kitchen”, which is a cookbook, 2008. The second book “Eat for your Life”, was released 2010. It is part of phase 1 and 2. In this book she describes how the body wants to get nourished in order to be able to repair itself and to keep it as alkaline as possible. The third book is due next year and is called “Living or Existing?” Are you living the Quantum way or the Newtonian Way”?
